These Terms & Conditions constitute the full legal agreement between you and run113. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet on our platform. By accessing run113, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of run113. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on run113, you unconditionally accept these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the run113 platform.

Access to and use of the run113 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during a User's membership:
21+ Policy: run113 takes its age restriction seriously. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all pending bets voided, and any remaining balance returned to the verified payment method on file, minus any bonus credits received.
Each eligible User may hold one (1) Account on the run113 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise additional accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
During registration, you are required to provide your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile phone number, a valid email address, and a secure password. All information must be truthful and consistent with your government-issued identity documentation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. run113 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account using correct login credentials will be treated as authorized activity unless you have promptly notified run113 of unauthorized access.
run113 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, abuse of promotional offers, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. Where legally permissible, we will provide reasonable notice of such action.
run113 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests above a defined threshold, and may request KYC documentation at any time at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

All KYC documents submitted to run113 are processed securely and stored in encrypted form. Documents are used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy. run113 does not sell or share KYC documentation with unauthorized third parties.
run113 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. run113 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed to Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets in the Member's own name that have been registered and verified on the Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
Fully verified Accounts (KYC complete) can expect the following processing timelines:
run113 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in individual cases. Accounts with incomplete KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending documentation receipt.
All Account Balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). run113 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.
run113 does not impose platform-level fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges applied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside run113's control and are the responsibility of the Member.
run113 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these General Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
run113 operates zero tolerance toward bonus abuse. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:
Where bonus abuse is identified, run113 reserves the right to void all related Bonus Funds and winnings, suspend the Account, and permanently exclude the Member from future promotional offers.
Bonus Funds not utilized within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will be automatically removed from the Member's Account Balance at expiry. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
run113 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed by Members whose account activity suggests professional or syndicate betting patterns. Bets are only accepted when sufficient funds are available in the Member's Account Balance at the time the bet is placed.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect market settings, or system malfunctions — run113 reserves the right to void all bets affected by that error, regardless of settlement status. run113 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Members promptly.
All sports bets — including pre-match and in-play markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, and other competitions — are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the Platform's Help Center. Mix parlay (accumulator betting across multiple selections) bets require all selections to win for a return; any void selection will reduce the accumulator.
Togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery) results are determined by officially published draw results. run113 does not control or influence draw outcomes. All togel bets are final once placed and confirmed.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the run113 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the run113 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software code, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of run113 or its licensed content providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from run113. Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, run113 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
run113's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: By using run113, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk. You accept full responsibility for all betting and gaming decisions made through your Account. run113 does not guarantee any returns on bets placed.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer Member personal data to unauthorized third parties. All KYC documentation is stored in encrypted form and accessed only by authorized personnel for verification and compliance purposes.
run113 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, run113 will provide reasonable notice to Members via email or an on-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, unless the change is required on shorter notice for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining verified balance.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which run113 is licensed and incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between a Member and run113, the Member must first submit a written complaint to our support team at [email protected]. run113 will acknowledge all written complaints within two (2) business days and aim to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) business days, either party may escalate the matter to the applicable dispute resolution body as designated under run113's operating licence. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings between you and run113 will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against run113.
